Okay- I really don't know what to call my "spicy cilantro sauce." I could say, its really freakin' good and you will want more of it. Something like that maybe.
Anyway, this is perfect to go on beef, chicken, seafood, eggs (yes- eggs), and veggies. I have used it as a marinade for beef, chicken, and pork. I have also used it as a dipping sauce.
It entails the following:
Cilantro- 3 Cups
Olive Oil- 4 TBS
Jalapeno seeded-keep some seeds in-the more you leave in the spicier it is
Avocado Oil- 2 TBS
Lime Juice from a large lime
Orange juice- use half a orange
Half a sweet onion
Garlic- 8 cloves
Use a blender to blend it all up. Finished!
