Here is what you need:
Handful of Watercress
Handful of Walnuts
Slice your avocado in small slices. Take off the skin on your persimmon and slice thin like the avocado. Place a persimmon slice on your plate, then avocado. Drizzle with a very small amount of olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper, and ground ginger. Repeat steps until out of all your slices. Top with Watercress and add walnuts around.
